I am a mom of 3 and I suffer hair loss badly every births. I take multiple supplements: Hair, Skin & Nail, Biotin, Vitamin E, Women Mutilvitamin, Collagen... I do not know if they help a lot or not because I never been without them but after I add Cysteine, I definitely can see significant improvement on my hair GROWTH. Please note that the change is in hair growth, not hair loss.The front parts where I used to be like bald due to massive hair loss after births now are full of baby hairs. I am very happy about it. I do also find other hair care products that works very well on reducing hair loss and improve hair growth. This Cysteine might not be the main reason my hairs have been growing back but it definitely play a part in it, also the pill shape is a bit not easy to swallow, but that's why I leave it 4 stars. I notice no change on my skin or nail with Cysteine, though (It doesnt mean it's bad, just no change with or without this Cysteine). This is my second purchase of Cysteine (each time 2 bottles) from Amazon, btw. To other moms out there who suffering with hair loss due to child birth, please hang in there and be patient with your body. Your body make people!! And it takes almost a year to create a beautiful human so give it some times to bounce back. Everyone is different so recovery time will also be different (My hair took 7 years to be healthy again and still it doesnt look like how it was before babies). What work for me might not work for you. I know it's disappointing, wasting money, wasting time,... but there is no other way around it, you just have to try out and see what works for YOU. You are strong, you did amazing job and you are beautiful regardless (Love)

Product strengthens your immune system. Also my fingernails are breaking less. Go figguh. Slight problem. It's got a strong taste. Drink plenty of water.
