I felt a little more alert after taking these the first time. I'm usually pretty "tired" during the day, low energy, motivation, come to think of it I might just be lazy?? but anyways these did help a bit and the price is fair, but they didn't help enough for me to keep purchasing, but it might help someone else as we're all different.

I'm a little bummed that I didn't realize that these can make you drowsy when purchased. Please also be aware that the ingredients can interact with anti depressants, oral contraception, etc. I will not be using them anymore because of the drowsiness side effect. I will be using the True Focus only.

This works better than I anticipated for extreme anxiety and moods, especially during very difficult times. My only criticism would be, for me, it does make me tired and leaves me a little foggy. I started taking it 2x a day, cut down to 1x a day in the morning, and I am still tired a lot throughout the day even after coffee. I may start taking these pills "as needed" because they do work, and have helped me tremendously during a very stressful time of my life.

Just because this doesnt require a prescription doesnt mean its safe. If you have difficulty with seratonin antidepressants, or take ANY medications that react badly with any ingredients (some problem reactions include, but this is FAR from a full list - BP meds, statins, pain meds, NSAIDS, anticonvulsants, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, autoimmune meds, other antidepressants or anti anxiety meds, etc). This is contains not just one plant drug, but many. If you are sensitive to prescription synthetic drugs, theres a guarantee youll be sensitive to plant drugs too. Im not saying dont take it. But do a LOT of homework. If you arent willing to see a doctor (most are reasonable and willing to look up interactions for you), then at least take the bottle to your pharmacist for an interactions check. Get an appointment with a naturopath or a chinese medicine doctor- they are also fantastic on knowing how to look up the professional information to make sure youre not turning your body into a poison factory. Prove to your kidneys and liver and the rest of your organs and tissues that you care about them and wont be neglectful in injuring them. not just with this, but with all vitamins, minerals, and plant drugs aka supplements. All that being said, Im sensitive to a lot of meds, and Im on a lot of meds. I was hoping I could take this, because the St. Johns Wort at this strength is much lighter than the SSRIs Ive tried. It helped a little, but the side effects were too strong. It seems clean and not unreasonable with dosages from what I can tell using interactions and dosage databases. It is probably mostly fine for most.

I used this product as prescribed with Rhodiola Rosea 1000mg and they stopped my anxiety attacks.
