Keep at it!

I swear by yucca.. you can start with one a day or if you're having certain areas that are rather painful whether it be arthritis, tendinitis etc take 2. Over time you should notice a difference! I was able to avoid steroid shots for tenosynovitis in my wrist and referred my grandma to Yucca as it also helped her out with her pain as well.
