No llevo mucho tiempo tomndolas, pero me siento mucho mejor, es importante descansar y dormir bien, as notaras mas rpido el alivio. las recomiendo.

I take it

I take it when I wake up too early or cant sleep because of anxiety. It had the same effect as Valium without being addictive or having side effects. It seems to slow my heart rate down when Im having anxiety so I can sleep. It also helps with IBS-D
