B-complex targeting common genetic polymorphisms*

PureGenomics® B-Complex is designed to address the nutrient requirements of common genetic variations in the methylation pathway with a unique blend of B vitamins in highly researched and activated forms. Folate is offered in this formula as Metafolin® 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the universally metabolized and biologically active form of folate, providing support for individuals with genetic variations in the MTHFR gene. Vitamin B12 is offered as a combination of hydroxycobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Hydroxycobalamin is a precursor form of vitamin B12 converted in the body to both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Adenosylcobalamin is an activated form stored in the mitochondria of cellular tissues. It is a key cofactor in carbohydrate metabolism and healthy synthesis of neuronal myelin. Benfotiamine is a lipid-soluble, enhanced-retention thiamin derivative.*

I have spent

I have spent a lot of money trying to find supplements that work and don't hurt me. This product took away my leg cramps within 6 hours. I can now stretch my feet/calves however I like without severe cramps! I had 2 strokes and kidney failure (plus more unfortunately) last year and have felt substantial stomach pain every morning since, and struggle to get out of bed due to chronic fatigue. Doctors don't know what is going on or how to help. After a bunch of supplements that only hurt me more, this product has me waking up with very little stomach pain and some actual energy instead of dreading standing up and walking to the next room because of how it will effect me for the next hour and make my heart pound. 5 days after first starting and I feel like maybe I'm not drowning anymore. Sure hope Nestle doesn't change things.

I discovered through genetic testing that I have genetic variations with MTHFR that up until 2019, were impacting my health. I began researching it and learned that methylated B vitamins, especially Methylated Folate, are very important. I began taking this supplement in February 2019 and I was pregnant by July. After a decade of miscarriages I had a healthy baby girl at age 44.5! MTHFR affects the bodys ability to process and absorb the folate in foods. The methylated form is absorbed into the body more easily.

I have used

I have used the PE regular B Complex and liked them. I saw these and thought I would try them and compare the difference. B Complex was suggested to me by a NP for Thyroid (Hashimoto's) support. I don't recall how quickly the regulars "worked"...but I feel with these, there were positive changes within about 72 hours. I highly recommend giving these a try.
