NOW The Essential Oil Gift Case 1 kit

I didn't realize that this diffuser used no water. It's a few drops of oil only. I'm considering returning it as it won't work for my needs I got it at Grocery Outlet for ten dollars. I did open it and check it out before I realized the problems. It may be worth ten, especially as it comes with oils, but I don't think it's worth much more. Unenthused

Love product. Poor follow through on customer service. I broke the glass plate and have been waiting to hear back from customer service for months

The small diffuser does nothing. it's just a covered glass plate. No heat, no fan, no ultrasonics. There is no way for it to diffuse the oils. The case is nice and can be used with other items and the oils had a nice smell. The diffuser lights up and makes a whirring noise...but for the small 5x5 space I'm sitting in it may as well not be on
