This is a life saver. My acid reflux got out of Control due to high pitta. stopped Nexium after 6 years. One tablet in the afternoon after meals seems to cool my stomach, digest all food. I do feel slight pain in feet and hands for some reason. All in all, this is helping heal my esophagus. Drink Only warm milk in the evening. No evening meal for me

Picture shows tablet size. Easy to swallow. I use once a day and also take probiotics. Hold my stress in my stomach and have GERD. Thus this greatly helps. Heartburn and stomach upset are minimal now and rare
