A waste of money for me. And my MD recommended. So not for everyone

Not healthy

Worked for awhile, then stopped. Changed to valerian root. Works better. Plus my kidney tests were worse on this, if you have kidney issues, dont use it.

Didn't work for me

Well, I was hoping that after reading all the reviews, this would help me. I swear it made my hot flashes way worse. I took it for about 2 1/2 weeks and had to stop. I was so disappointed.

No more hot flashes!

I had started taking Pure Encapsulation s Black Cohosh for a little over a month now. I used to have nightly episodes of profuse sweating and extremely uncomfortable hot flashes. After taking one pill daily for about a week, my hot flashes subsided and I no longer drench the bed sheets. This is an amazing product!

I started taking these for hot flashes. Combined with Evening Primrose Oil and my other supplements, they have really helped!
