I like the way I feel when taking them

I always buy these but this last time they were dry and sugary. They are usually a chewy, soft gummy.

Love this stuff

My sister sent me three bottles of Goli ashwagandha. She had a problem with the gummies sticking to her teeth. Now I was having problems sleeping. They dont tell you when you have your knee replaced that insomnia is a potential side effect. I didnt have discernible pain but would have to take Tylenol 3 to sleep(not a good thing). Two gummies and I was good to go. I sleep very well and to kick it off I love the flavor.
