Used to work, but not so sure now

I have been using this supplement for my eyes for about 4 years, my last order from Amazon was last month and the capsules in this order are a different color, some of the capsules in the bottle had nothing in them, but there was no powder in the container, so I have to assume the capsules were put into the bottle empty. My eyes have been dry and irritated for the last couple weeks, which makes me wonder what I have been taking, because it's not working .
