Works.

Flavor is awful in water but I mix it into juice and cant taste it at all. I bought to increase milk supply. I take 1/2 tsp in juice every morning and every evening and I do think it works, not as drastic as I was hoping but there is a small boost in milk supply. Will continue to take it though. Price is great for how much product you get.

The price was good for the amount I purchased. .There were a few clumps that needed ground up.

Product Seal Not Good

The product was not sealed properly. When I opened the lid the seal had already popped off and was inside the lid. I smelled it to make sure it wasn't contaminated. The amount of shatavari in the product was less than the guduchi bottle that I received, which was filled to the top. Not sure what to think about this, did they really just send out a returned bottle, did someone order and use this product then return it? It smells ok, but the product is reduced by almost half.

I was diagnosed with Catamenial pneumothorax. Ive had surgery and other things to stop this from happening over and over. I got tired of the birth control and other things bc it still kept collapsing when my period was supposed to start. I looked into other natural supplements. Ive had 2 periods since taking this supplement and my lung havent collapsed. This is the cure! I was also taking red clover and other herbs but when I started shatavari, my periods are not as long. Its not as intense with cramps and most of all My Lung Didnt Collapse! I believe its helping my endometriosis. Try it out! I purchased mine in June and had 2 periods since on this. I love it!
