Tastes Too Bad to Use

I was looking forward to using this because I use flaxseeds everyday but this tastes so bad that I cannot use it. It tastes rancid and bad.

Good flavor, nutritious

I find this in respectable comparison to other flax oils I have used, and I have been pleased with the quality here. I use this in the bath, as a carrier oil for essential oils, even for a bit of oil swishing, and it works great in salad dressing recipes. Good flavor and the oil I would expect.

Goes nicely with a vinaigrette on salad

High quality, use caution if you are on blood thinners. I take this primarily as a digestive aid, but it is supposed to have other benefits. I can't speak to those benefits, but it is worth a quick search engine exploration if you are considering taking this product. One tablespoon of this is 130 calories, and I take it once a day, typically mixed in with a salad dressing. It's not great tasting by itself.
