Decent taste for a vitamin

Great Vitamin!! Take at night before bed and whala! no "fish burps" ????

I'm not gonna lie the capsules do give you the infamous "fish burps" BUT! if you take them at night before going to bed you will be good by morning and no "fish burps". Now on to the vitamins, these are a really good vitamin if you are trying to use something that is clean and that is actually specific for men. I used to use a different daily brand and thought it was good enough until I did a little research and found out a lot. But that's for you to look up because everyone is different, I'll just say that for a men's multivitamin it is very good and I would recommend it.

Fishy taste :(

I really wanted to like these, but like many of the other reviews said the fishy taste is just too strong and lasts too long. I am wondering if I can cut the oil side of the capsule off and only swallow the powder side?? One other comment is the plastic container is barely full, seems wasteful.

Completely cleared my stubborn acne

This pill did for me what thousands of dollars on dermatologists and acne treatments couldnt. Im still shocked. I initially started taking this supplement because I was concerned about the sun exposure I was getting on vacation. The first few weeks I didnt notice a difference. But by week one I started noticing the cystic acne on my chin was starting to go down. By week 2 my hyperpigmentation was beginning to resolve. It is now week 4/5 of this supplement and I am HOOKED. My skin is COMPLETELY clear. No redness, brighter, tighter and smoother. Additionally, Ive been sleeping better and has also helped resolve some of the gum inflammation I get. Downside is it can make my periods more painful but otherwise no complaints.

Much more potent and absorbable than others. Happy to find a replacement for Calm magnesium powder after the unfortunate quality change.
