Curbs anxiety

I'm amazed at how well this worked for me. I've waited for 7 months to write this review to see if the results would hold up. I've had general anxiety disorder for practically my entire adult life so I've tried and been prescribed many different therapies, medications, herbs, etc. This was recommended to me by my new primary care physician. It works. It works as well as Ativan but without any side effects, hangovers, or negative symptoms. I take it every night. I just don't feel anxious anymore. It's weird. But I'm very grateful.
