This wellness supplement is by far the nastiest and stinky supplement ever and the pill is rather large so it can be hard to swallow but this stuff WORKS! I've been taking this for the past 3 years. I started taking it when I had to start commuting to DC and use public transit. The metro can get packed and even with Covid still lingering around there's a lot of people using the Metro. I started taking this to help build my immunity in hopes to not get as sick being exposed to so many people on a daily basis. I started this supplement before Covid was even a thing. Prior to comutting I was working from home and not exposed to many people so I knew my immunity wasn't as strong as it could be and if I didnt take something I'd be sick all the time and I definitely didn't want to bring any sickness back home to my family. My initial reaction to this supplement was eww its nasty and it smells awful. I can't take it with water, I have to take it with juice or something with flavor to keep it down. However, with that being said the benefits outweighs the nastiness. There has been countless time where my co-workers or family have been sick and I don't catch whatever is going around. If I do catch something it's usually when I miss a dose or 2 and the symptoms are mild. As soon as I get symptoms I realize I hadn't taken the supplements and immediately will take it and within a couple of days I'm good. When people were freaking out about Covid. I kept taking this supplement and I never tested positive for Covid. If I did get it, it was mild. Now every body reacts differently to supplements, so this is not a testimony stating it will prevent Covid but it definitely has kept me healthy and anytime I did get sick the symptoms were mild and the illness was short. You couldn't pay me to stop taking this supplement. It has kept me healthier than I would otherwise have been. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

Must have! Helps with keeping you healthy from colds and flu. Even stopped my seasonal allergies altogether after a few weeks. I recommend to everyone I know.

With the return to in person activities, I was struggling with the return of the common cold until a friend recommended this. I take the daily dose but if I start to feel a little sore throat or congestion, I take the higher dose to shorten colds and have been so happy to have 2-3 days of slightly under the weather rather than 14 days of misery. They're not easy to get down but you'll be glad you did!
