Buy from this company ?? And these are NOT returnable

This is the second time I got burned from NOW vitamins. Their customer service messed around with me for days about another product (Via B complex) and never returned my money for the discolored B vitamin capsules when the rep said I would be compensated. I stopped buying from them for a year. I needed lecithin and decided to try them again. What a mistake (and the last mistake I will make with NOW) the lecithin capsules are leaking and they are all stuck together and un-usable. Amazon will not refund vitamins and I will never bother with NOW customer service again.

Mental clarity and cognitive benefits

I don't know if this stuff is working - I'm taking it mostly for mental clarity and cognitive benefits as well as to reduce my cholesterol. It seems to have lowered my triglycerides a bit so I'm happy about that much.

The best for breast feeding moms. Especially if you suffer from clogged milk ducts I used this my whole time pumping for my son never had to worry about a clogged duct or my supply not staying the same this helped me as well maintain my supply.
