DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 serving (one scoop) in 8-12 ounces of water (to taste). Sir, blend, or shake to dissolve. For very  cold water, dissolve for one minute to dissolve. Take 1 serving (one scoop) up to twice per day.

Good antinflamatory

Been on this for almost 4 months now and no further improvement beyond what was noticed after the first week. I will continue to use it because I suspect the inflamation and pain of my athritus would return without it. Being almost pain free is well worth the price. As far as the other claims made such as greater strength,energy,etc.,I can't detect any improvement. As always, was completely satisfied with Amazon. Just a little follow-up here: Some time during the past year or so there seems to me to have been a change to the formula in addition to a different label and slightly different flavor. One of the more perplexing changes was switching the original measuring scoop to one with a longer handle. When the container is full or nearly full it is difficult to get the new scoop with the longer handle to fit back into the container. Fortunately I had saved one of the older scoops. For those not so lucky, I'm sure the new scoop handle could be cut back to a more reasonable length with a hacksaw.
