Easy way to get your calcium

My doctor recommended I start taking 500 mils each of calcium and magnesium per day. This product helps meet those requirements. Seems to help with leg cramps. The magnesium helps keep me regular as well.

Will not buy again. Too difficult to get out of bottle.

This is the worst bottle for this product. It sits like thick peanut butter on the bottom half of the bottle. No amount of shaking will mix it up. You have to take a knife and dig it out through a 1" hole and put it in a tub. Then mix it up by mashing it against the sides with a spoon. Takes me more than 30 minutes to blend it. Then it coagulates in the refrigerator and I have to mash it all over again. Very bad presentation of a decent product. Will not buy again.
