So chalky even in capsule. There was also a lot of loose powder at the bottom so maybe one broke? I dreaded having to take these

Wave bye-bye to leg cramps

I think L-threonate is one of the best types of magnesium for me, being older than Methuselah and all. I started taking this due to leg cramps, however, and it works wonderfully for that. Is my brain functioning better? I should give someone else the floor on that one since I like to think I'm genius, so...read other reviews for that effect. As far as leg cramps, this stuff is just short of a miracle worker, and I know it's good for me. So I take it daily and recommend it. Seriously. Works great, I feel better, no cramps. Thumbs up.
