SUGGESTED USAGE: As a dietary supplement,

CAUTIONS/INTERACTIONS: Limited animal studies suggest that turmeric extracts can be toxic to the liver in high doses or over prolonged time periods. Turmeric should be avoided by individuals with liver disease and those who take medications that are hard on the liver. Because curcumin may stimulate the gallbladder, individuals with gallbladder disease should use curcumin only on the advice of a physician. Turmeric may affect the body's reaction to NSAIDs, including indomethacin and ibuprofen, as well as to reserpine, a blood pressure medication.
Warning: If you are pregnant/lactating or have any history of liver, gall bladder or gastrointestinal problems, please consult a health practitioner prior to use. Keep out of reach of children.

Sadly, this doesnt work for me. Have used BioAllers Allergy Relief for years, worked great. Now its discont8nued, looking for a replacement. But this and BHI dont work. Argh, I need help.

Be careful with these!

I have been taking these daily or every other day since 2017 as a cancer preventative. Little did I know that anything over 55mcg a day can be an overdose. I started having issues with my white blood cell count tanking to 2.7! My liver is also stressed. I was referred to a hematologist who had me stop taking these. My numbers are going back up. Google it! Taking too much is not good!
