Steer clear if you have histamine intolerance or histamine issues

I didn't read the ingredients well enough. Histamine is an amino acid and one of the ingredients. I didn't realize that. I immediately developed pain in my gut which lasted for hours and a shooting pain under my ear. I am glad that I only took two instead of the 4 recommended dose. I just hope the gut pain subsides in one day. I poured them out and threw away the bottle so that I don't forget and try them again. I think they are a good value if you can handle them. I don't like soy in my supplements either and only gave 4 stars due to that.
